Full yogic breathing is a traditional and fundamental practice of pranayama. It is a conscious, guided technique which expands upon the actions of the natural breath by actively breathing into the three distinct areas of the torse discovered in the 3-part breathing.

The benefits are multiple and include: bringing control to the breath, increasing oxygen in the system and helping to correct poor breathing habits/patterns.

Most importantly, this simple technique helps to calm our nervous system; therefore, it deals with stress and anxiety and makes us feel grounded.
