This thirty-seven-minute-long “Yoga Nidra with moving breath awareness” session will take you slowly through the different stages of Yoga Nidra in the traditional Yogic way but also using some more contemporary techniques.
During Yoga Nidra or ‘’the conscious sleep’’, the teacher’s voice brings the practitioner through different steps of consciousness using different systematic techniques and exercises.
The blend is designed to calm the body, breath and mind but also will connect you with your conscious energy which animates your being through moving breath awareness and visualisations.
