About Course
As the warm summer days gradually give way to autumn’s cool embrace, September becomes the perfect time to embark on a deep relaxation and self-discovery journey through gentle practices, soft meditations, and deep relaxing Yoga Nidra.
With the summer season drawing to a close, it’s an opportune moment to reflect on the experiences and growth we have encountered during these sunny months and prepare ourselves for the transformative season ahead.
During this time of year, the days grow shorter as the earth’s energy transitions gradually from fire to water. Nature changes colour and vitality, diminishing in liveliness. Likewise, our bodies and minds must release the boldness, outward fiery energy, and accumulated fatigue from summer activities. This calls for engaging in more introspective and contemplative practices, such as immersing ourselves in meditative exploration, watching our breathing and embracing the practice of Yoga Nidra.
It is time to start slowing down, and this more peaceful practice offers an oasis of tranquillity amidst the busy nature of the season’s end, allowing us to restore our energy, harvest changes and find inner balance.
During this end-of-summer session, we will also integrate intention-setting and reflection elements. You will have the opportunity to set positive intentions for the upcoming months, embracing the transition from one season to the next with clarity and purpose. As you delve deeper into your practice, you will tap into your inner wisdom and find the peace and stillness that lies within.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this Yoga Nidra class suits all levels. No prior experience is necessary—come as you are and allow yourself to be guided into deep rest and restoration.
