This twenty-seven-minute-long session will take you slowly through the different stages of Yoga Nidra in the traditional Yogic way.
During Yoga Nidra or ‘’the conscious sleep’’, the teacher’s voice brings the practitioner through different steps of consciousness using different systematic techniques and exercises.
