About Course

This deeply self-reflective and self-explorative practice is a traditional Himalayan-style meditation that includes several techniques experienced in this specific order:

  • Relaxation & Diaphragmatic Breathing.
  • Gentle movement & Kriyas (Agni Sara).
  • Nyasa Shavayatra: 61 points (awareness and relaxation).
  • Shithali Karana: 75 breaths relaxation exercise.
  • Yoga Nidra – The conscious sleep, deepening intuition and expanding the mind and consciousness.

This practice is lengthy but aims to unfold successive methods and techniques purposely. Each has a reason to be in that order for the well-being of our bodies and mind.

It is a beautiful way to connect with ourselves in a gentle, purifying, and explorative way—a practice for all.

There are three recordings (lessons):

  • Part 1: Preparing and connecting with the body.
  • Part 2: The deep relaxation techniques and yoga Nidra.
  • A third recording with the two parts together for you to enjoy the whole practice in one go.
