Three-part breathing is an effortless breathing and meditative technique to sensitise the mind about where the breath is present in the different body parts.
Three-part breath is a calming breath awareness meditation. When we practice it long enough and mindfully, it helps to slow down and regulate the breathing and heart rate. It establishes a relaxed breathing rhythm and makes us feel grounded and calm.
